The Therm-X AT delivers cold, heat, contrast, and intermittent compression from a single portable unit — the same four-modality capability as Game Ready's Med4 Elite, at roughly 27% of the cost. Unlike cold-only systems, it never needs ice: fill the tank with distilled water and isopropyl alcohol and it holds temperature on its own.

Cleared for more than sports medicine
FDA 510(k) cleared (K240125) for post-surgical and acute injury edema, swelling and pain — and additionally for lymphedema, chronic venous insufficiency, and DVT prophylaxis. That range of indications lets one unit serve orthopedic post-op, sports rehab, and vascular protocols on the same treatment schedule.

What else you'll need
The control unit ships without garments. Choose at least one anatomical compression garment — shoulder, knee, elbow, ankle, back, hip or hand/wrist, all bilateral and one-size — or the half leg boot for full lower-leg coverage.
