What is our return policy?

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with our merchandise, please return it within 30 days of receipt. We will replace it or refund the purchase price (excluding shipping), whichever you prefer. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately and we will make arrangements for a return at no cost to you.

Items returned after 30 and before 60 days will incur a 25% restocking fee.

Used items or items returned without original packaging and all instructions and accessories are, regrettably, non-returnable.

Custom order items are also not returnable or may incur a restocking fee.

Federal and State Health Regulations forbid us from taking back opened personal items such as pillows, braces, supports, collars, etc. This policy on personal items conforms to code and prevents us from knowingly or unknowingly reselling products that may be a health concern due to contamination via skin, hair, and saliva. We are confident that our customers would feel better knowing that we protect them by not allowing these items to be returned, and this is your guarantee of a fresh, new product that may be used in comfort and safety.

You will receive our complete cooperation and assistance dealing with manufacturers after our initial 30 day exchange period and during the manufacturer's warranty period.

I received the wrong product.

If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.

How do I return an item?

If you should need to return an item to, please follow these instructions:

1. Call 800.826.9946 or use our Contact Form

2. Carefully repackage the product in the original packaging, making sure to include all parts and paperwork.

3. Return the product via UPS or other insured shipping provider. It is recommended that you insure the package as is not responsible for loss or damage to merchandise that is being returned. Please insure the package for the purchase price.

4. Place a shipping label on the box and return the product to the address given to you when you contacted us.

When will my credit appear on my account?

Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).
