Orders can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receiving the parcel, providing they are in original resalable condition.

We’re sorry your order arrived damaged! Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number, photos of the damage and packaging, and a short description of the issue.

We’ll file a claim with the carrier and send a replacement or refund as quickly as possible. Prompt notice helps us resolve the issue without delay.
