Worst neck roll ever
I've used one of these for about 20 years. I ordered two of these and they are hard as a rock, stiff, larger diameter and just plain painful to lay on. I don't know what happened. You can see they are larger in diameter and much denser foam. These may have to go in the trash. I can't see using them. Very disappointed. Tried washing in hot water and drying them on low and still too hard to be comfortable.

Basic pillows will give you a neck ache unfortunately. The roll supports the proper structure of the neck. No more neck aches.
