    JUst the right size for my knees. They stay cold for over 20 minutes. They are soft even from the freezer and so easy to use.

    They are excellent, durable packs that are filled with the appropriate amount of bentonite to stay cold for the proper amount of time. As good or better than the original Core Sofpacks that seemed to be underfilled starting around '07/'08 when it became popular by manufacturers to "short-box" their products while retaining or raising prices in an effort to maintain or increase profit margins. The HY packs do not seem to have fallen under this catagory and I hope they never will. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is one pack in the last case I ordered had a small defect. A quick email to HY CS with a photo attachment of the issue, and a new pack was sent out. It arrived promptly and in perfect condition.
