Made from uniquely molded, high-resilience foam, this firm cervical support pillow contours to the neck and provides a stable foundation for both back and side sleepers. Firmness & Adjustment
This is a firm pillow designed for corrective cervical support. It may take time to adjust, and immediate overuse may temporarily increase neck discomfort. For best results, gradually ease into use by alternating with your current pillow.
If you are new to cervical support pillows or prefer slightly less support, the Therapeutica Lite version may be a better option.

Measuring Instructions
- Stand upright with your arms relaxed at your sides.
- Look straight ahead and maintain good posture.
- Using a ruler or measuring tape, measure from the base of your neck to the outside tip of the shoulder’s bony prominence (greater tubercle).
- Do not include muscle mass beyond the bony shoulder point.
Sizing Tip: If your measurement falls between two sizes, or if you sleep on a soft surface such as a memory foam or pillow-top mattress, choose one size smaller.
