Instructions:
  • Chill in freezer/chilling unit for a minimum of 2 hours
  • To reduce intensity, place a towel between skin and the cold pack
  • Suggested application time: no more than 30 minutes
  • Wipe clean with a cloth and allow to dry prior to placing the cold pack in the freezer
  • Not machine washable
  • For maximum pliability, let the pack sit out of the freezer for a few minutes before use

Precautions:
  • Not indicated for people with sensitive skin or poor blood circulation
  • Do not sit, lie, or sleep on cold pack
  • Intended for cold therapy use. Not suggested for hot water or microwave usage.

    Orders can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receiving the parcel, providing they are in original resalable condition.

    What can I do if my item (or part of it) is damaged?
