Very inconsistant activator. Whether or not the spring distributes the correct force is determined by the amount of pressure that is being applied to the tissue. Not happy with the tool

Excellent tool
I have had this tool for so many years. Finally needed a new one because the adjustable dial stopped rotating. This new one feels great, smooth, and will continue to help myself and my patients for years to come.
