  • For cold therapy, store in the freezer and apply for no longer than 30 minutes
  • For heat therapy, heat in the microwave for 40 seconds. Continue heating in 20 second intervals until desired temperature is reached. Knead pack after each heating.

    Have frozen it, heated it up. Works great! Like the blue cloth-like side that helps make the iced pack more tolerable.
